1. Embrittlement of burrs

2. Dust collector

The zinc sprayer should be adjusted to a good position before use. The zinc spraying machine is a kind of equipment that uses air compression as the driving force to form a high-speed spray beam to spray the spray material on the surface of the steel to be treated at a high speed, so as to change the physical properties of the outer surface of the steel surface. Remove the filter cartridge of the dust removal equipment (effect: purify indoor air) on time, throw away the waste sand in time, and reduce the amount of abrasive application as much as possible.

3. Spray gun

Before using the zinc spraying machine, first check whether there is any damage in the spray gun, and once check the sand nozzle. If the nozzle of the zinc spraying machine is damaged, it should be replaced immediately, mainly to prevent the waste of abrasives.

4. Sand pipe

Whether the sand pipe is straight or not is a necessary work to be inspected before the zinc spraying machine works. If it is telescopic, it will undoubtedly waste the amount of grinding yarn.
